For six years Now Next Dance has offered dance and leadership summer programs across the country which bring together professional dance artists, college dance majors, and middle school girls. Our programs have been featured in Dance Magazine, 4dancers, Life as a Modern Dancer, and Dance/USA from the Greenroom. Building on the success of our programs and with a new focus on the capital region, we are expanding to offer programs throughout the DC-metro area in Summer 2016.

Now Next Dance programs combine dance experiences with leadership and life-skills training. We center our curriculum on the touchstones: Action, Support, Curiosity, Challenge, and Resilience with a kinesthetic, affective, and cognitive component to each. Our programs are taught by professional dance artists who are working in the field and hold advanced degrees in dance.
